A powerboat manufacturer from the 1970s through to the conclusion of the 1990s, Clipper Craft produced plywood vessels in Portland, Oregon. Clipper Craft boats unusual application of older world boat construction has won over many boaters plotting family or fishing trips. Following closure in 1999, Clipper Craft molds were acquired by aluminum boat builder Premier.
